FOREX common mistake; Trader vs. Investor
A lot of fresh FOREX rookies mixing up two different basic terms as they were the same thing. If you also thought that “Trader” mean the same as “Investor” you can’t be more off beam, and I’m sorry to tell you that you have started the foreign currency market on the left foot, but don’t be embarrassed, I’m sure your one of many.
Mixing those terms has led astray many people, this general misunderstanding comes from the common believe that everyone can “win” this competitive area called the FOREX by those to be an investor as a replacement for of a worker, every experience investor will tell you that the “beginners optimism” will fade away and you’ll realize that not everyone can do extremely well on those FOREX trading areas.
Now, to be clear, these are the right definitions for “Trader” and “Investor”:
A Trader purpose is to get a fortune, personally in the front line of FOREX and fight his way, by choosing himself the investment options, such as option trading, using his own judgment and executes a series of trades in effort to gain profit out of it.
An Investor puts his money where it can potentially produce a profit, investor are usually buyers of investment real estate and buyers of funds, an investor NOT get involved in the money making process, just like a silent partner,
It is a fact that not any one can be a successful trader, a job that requires a lot more than just finesse and skill to make enough money to turn it your monthly income, especially now days there are a lot of charts and strategies available that are highly subjected.
On the other hand anyone can be an investor by putting their money on any portfolio they seems profitable.
Being a trader is the hardest thing, particularly if your not experienced trader with a proven system to follow, basically only a trader can generate the legendary returns for both of them.
Take a minute, before diving to the FOREX world think what interest you and choose between being an investor or a trader, if you choose a trader, keep your day job till you’ll find a proven system and enough FOREX background knowledge.
